How do I register to become a member?
After the completion of your order you will be asked if you would like to register and save your details for future orders.
Do I have to pay tax (GST) for my order?
Elite Hocey charges GST on all orders shipped within Australia. International orders are GST free. Please be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed by your local customs authority.
How quickly will my order be sent?
We do our utmost to ship your order within 24 - 48 hours. At times of high volume, or unexpected stock shortages, your shipping time may shift slightly. We will send you a confirmation email with delivery information and parcel tracking details.

Free shipping for all orders over $100 in value. Orders of less than $100 have a flat rate of $9.90 Orders are sent with Australia Post or the best local carrier. Express Post / Courier is available on a per weight basis as listed below. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I return my Order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All products must be in perfect re-salable condition including packaging. In order to initiate a return, simply email shop@elitehockey.com.au for instructions. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs. Please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost parcels coming back to our warehouse.
